The opening date is again delayed, but this time it is due to computer lingo. Something about two not speaking to each other in the back room! I have worked in stores before and have dealt with conflicts between workers in the back room and even employees that could not understand each other. I've dealt with that mostly in the construction field, but online it's a whole different thing. So, when one type of computer lingo does not understand another programs lingo, I have no idea what kind of counseling is involved, or should I say reprogramming.
As you can tell I have a lot to learn about computers. I have been in retail sales and merchandising for several years and enjoyed it very much. The last ten years I have been building homes in Florida until the economy put an end to that. So I have been able to take control and make things happen to stay on shcedule. Now I am in a situation where I know we have great people working on it but it is totally out of my control and I'm not used to that! So for all of you that are waiting, I'm right there with you.
One thing is sure, the second leg of the My Shopping Genie Tour with Stephen Pierce will begin April 23, 2009 and my parter Rod Wortham will be joining the tour and promoting Kravers Online. We have to be up and running by then. I'll keep you posted. Darla
